The SOAPBOX® In-Home Inspiration Party is a truly unique gathering started by Kimberlie Dykeman, TV Host, Motivational Speaker and Author of “PURE SOAPBOX”… and SOAPBOX® Party Hosts across the country are joining Kimberlie’s motivational mission as this concept has already begun virally spreading through the unstoppable power of enthusiastic word-of-mouth!   To officially christen this nationwide grassroots movement, Kimberlie is kicking things off in Austin with a SOAPBOX® In-home Inspiration Party benefiting her chosen charity LIVESTRONG™!

BenefitingLAF_2CNOW… this ain’t your grandmother’s Tupperware gathering, prim-n-proper fundraiser, or networking (wining and whining!) event!   Instead, this is home-brewed motivation…with a swift kick in the pants!  Stemming from Kimberlie’s widely-received, breakthrough book “PURE SOAPBOX” and her trademarked motivational vignettes, the SOAPBOX® In-home Inspiration Party is a modern-day get-together that taps the wisdom found in powerful quotes to prompt candid interaction and heart-felt story-telling. This special intimate event allows for guests to connect with each other as entrepreneurs, leaders, athletes, parents, singles, Cancer survivors, or simply as strong human beings who seek to ignite more fire in their lives! 

SOAPBOX® In-home Inspiration Party benefiting LIVESTRONG™  is a one-of-a-kind event especially created for Austin’s community, filled with a special presentation by the Host, a silent auction, fabulous treats, and a spotlighting of some great women leaders who are helping spread the SOAPBOX® message and impact charities across this city…and eventually the whole country!

March 8 2010 -Kimberlie Dykeman Launches 24-Hour Fundraiser for LIVESTRONG!

Hey, folks…yup, it’s me.  Kimberlie.  Ok, now CALL ME CRAZY…but I’m ready to do something unconventional…yet again!  I want to see how much $$  MOOLAH $$  I can raise for LIVESTRONG™ in one 24-hour period!  I am a returning Grassroots Fundraiser for LIVESTRONG™ and have set a lofty goal of engaging your support to raise $5,000 this year to help the Lance Armstrong Foundation.

But today I got to thinking…WHAT IF I COULD DO THIS IN ONE DAY!!!???

I have a slew of awesome, supportive social media friends who I just know would rally to make this happen!  So I emailed them all…on Facebook, LinkedIn and Plaxo.  Of course, on top of this, I will continue to donate a portion of proceeds from all sales of my book, PURE SOAPBOX, upcoming speaking engagements and anything else I create!
