Mashable’s US Summer Tour touched down in A-town last night and packed every inch of Buffalo Billiards with hundreds of folks, fool-drunk on the joy of multi-city networking and an open bar!  And Dykeman was right in the mix of it all…garnering photo opps with Mashable’s founder Pete Cashmore and chatting about future opportunities, with both the Mashable team and TechZulu, to extend viral video coverage of the events and movers-and-shakers in Austin’s tech arena.

Aaron Novak of Stickam also scooped up Dykeman for a live streaming interview, highlighting the integration between the media and entertainment world and Web 2.0 advancements.  Hmmm…is The SOAPBOX Queen becoming Austin’s emerging tech socialite?  Stay tuned…  Photos and videos can be viewed on www.mashable.com and www.stickam.com

Giant Noise PR engaged Kimberlie Dykeman to emcee Austin Monthly Magazine’s launch party for the annual Most Eligible Bachelor Issue. Dykeman will announce and present each fabulous bachelor to the attending crowd…of awaiting bachelorettes, no doubt!

At a private meet-n-greet party last week, Dykeman hosted intimate on-camera interviews of each bachelor, including Coverboy Brad Womack, of ABC’s The Bachelor fame, gathering the inside scoop for the magazine’s promotional video campaign.

“Being a thousand percent single myself,” says Dykeman, “they really had to twist my arm to sit side-by-side and chat with some of Austin’s best looking, sharpest men in Austin!”

Fellow author and online radio interviewer Revvell Revati  reveals the personal side and childhood upbringing of Kimberlie Dykeman on the latest episode of “Celebrating Your Potential”.  Attune to both established and up-and-coming self-growth experts, Revati was drawn to Dykeman’s unique background and motivation message, enthused to share it with her broad audience of loyal listeners and readers.  Dykeman open up about her childhood, relationships, lifestyle as an on-camera personality, and vision for impacting the masses.  The interview is available at Celebrating Your Potential.  Says Revati in her review on Revellations.com, “Kimberlie has a gift with words. Enjoy them.”  Enough said.

Stop the press!  Kimberlie Dykeman’s Pure Soapbox  has been picked up by nationally renowned Phenix & Phenix Literary Publicists, one of the most recognized independent publicity firms for authors in the US.  With national distribution recently attained through NY’s MidPoint Trade, Dykeman turned to Phenix’s expertise to formulate a unique strategy and execute a media campaign to earn national TV, radio and print media coverage, as well as interview opportunities.  Managing Director Rusty Shelton and lead publicist Amber Childres have jumped right in, knowing that the timing couldn’t be riper for a youthful, motivational personality to speak to the masses and address the challenging lifestyle topics that fill the headlines.

Dykeman began her relationship with Phenix in July 2007 to produce author interviews, with hopes for their adoption of her own up-and-coming book.  Coming full circle, the On-Camera Personality is now the Executive Producer and Host of the upcoming online interview series, Shelf Life, which showcases intimate interviews of Phenix’s national clients.  Dedicated to authors and their stories, its self-titled online channel, “ShelfLife.tv” aims to deliver “Real People. Real Purpose. Real Perspective.”  Only question remaining:  who will interview the SOAPBOX™ Queen  herself?

Kimberlie Dykeman will be the featured guest on Austin’s KOOP Radio 91.7 on July 9th from 6-7pm.  “Writing on the Air” Host Lee Davis will interview the newly published author about the creative process that went into writing PURE SOAPBOX …a cleansing jolt of perspective, motivation, and humor. PURE SOAPBOX has earned national distribution, is published by Wiggy Press, an imprint of Dalton Publishing, and represented by Phenix & Phenix Literary Publicists.
